Ok to forward domain to buyer's site, before transfer?

I just made my first sale and have run into a road block. After I received funds I tried to transfer the domain to the owner, where I noticed transfer of the domain is locked for another month. I informed the buyer and he is okay with that. However he's asking if I can point the domain to his name servers or forward the domain to his website.

My question is, is it okay to do this before transfer of the domain? Thanks!

Well he's paid for it, so that's the least you can do until the domain can be transferred.

The only thing that comes to mind is that I may be apprehensive about doing it if the other party was running a website that has disagreeable content on it and I don't want it associated with my whois information....

Is the domain at a registrar where it can be "pushed"? If so, ask him to create an account at your current registrar rather than transferring it out.

Thank you, Razor. This guy has been great. Apparently he's been around a while, knows what he's talking about, and has been very accommodating and helpful. His site is not ready yet so he'll send me forwarding info when it goes live.
