    advice A buyer justifies his low offer because he owns the domain name in plural

    Is this justified in your opinion? Let's say I sell the domain apple.com and this same buyer owns the domain name apples.com and uses this information to justify his low bid, what do you think ? (Of course we're talking about a domain name which is not related to a trademark)
