Regarding Godaddy and NameSilo marketplaces,
what if a potential buyer gives an initial very low offer ( minimal price ), then the seller gives back a counter-offer revealing the domain name's right price, which is way higher than the buyer's offer, but then the buyer makes a new offer that is only a bit lower than the seller's counter-offer. Is there any rule that forbids the seller accepting the buyer's second offer ?

On GoDaddy, you can accept any offer until it expires even if you've countered it.

In general, if both parties agree to a price, there shouldn't be any rules that stop them from proceeding at that price.

Hope that helps,
