would someone care to comment on something I witnessed today?
here is in steps what occured:
I searched for domain availabilty through a registrar site
let's call domain xyz.com for example
it said.. xyz.com is available.
I clicked add cart.. the moment I did that, it then rechecked availability and then said it is taken.
since I really wanted that name, I went to another registrar of mine, and followed same procedure. it allowed me to add it to cart, as well as to buy it.
I am somewhat new to domains buying, so I don't want to jump to any conclusions. and would like to hear your expert opinions, before I pay some extra money to transfer all my domains elsewhere. which in this case would be the other registrar, which did allow me to purchase this domain in the end.
