new gTLD .NYC picking up? RealEstate.nyc sold for $21,300; Apartments.nyc for $16,155..

Is it time for new gTLDs?
I recently noticed the sale of RealEstate.nyc for $21,300 and Apartments.nyc for $16,155.

While these are excellent and strong keywords, the sale at 5-figure price is definitely showing a demand towards good keywords in new gTLDs.

What's your view on this?
