Noob Question - Exact Match Domains

Hey all -

I am a newbie when it comes to selling domains and sites. However I have a few that I would like to sell and don't know the best way to set started.

1) I have a few sites that get 500-1200 visits per month and rank high for their keywords. I just haven't been able to monetize them well.

2) I have found a trove of exact match domains (.com, .net and .org) for keywords with good search traffic. Any idea what I could sell these for an how?
