No payments or update from Sedo

Hi friends , I need suggestions my case is :
I listed one domain on sedo on 09th April 2015 , An unknown buyer bought it ($1800 ). I followed sedo's instruction and shared EPP code with sedo agent.
After transfer of domain sedo hold the transaction on the behalf of security check. Now after 40 days. the status is domain transfer completely finished. But nothing paid to me . I am struggle to get any message from sedo agent. Their live support banned me. Please give me suggestions.
I think they scammed me .

Sedo is incredibly slow. I've waited 12 days before just for an update or a reply. This was the longest for me. Other times it's been 6 - 7 days.

I and 3 of my female friends had same issue with sedo. I think most of this website usually scam legit buyers and sellers. I think sedo.com is one of them and also freelancer.com...
To me sedo.com is a scam website. First they would block you from chat, and secondly ,they close your account and never replied to your email and lastly, they transfer domain and steal your money.
