Unfortunately there is a language barrier here >> English and that will make helpful criticism difficult.

What is "domain name pledge"?

Hello jtmac,

I have been to the website and I hope you can help me understand your working model.
The wording in your "Process" is quite confusing in my opinion to say the least.
```````````````````
Publish the subject
The borrower publishes the loan subject.
/Publishes the subject (domain) to your site?
Platform verification
NFLY reviews the loan subject information.
/ Do you mean verify the owner?
Lock the domain name
The platform locks the domain name to ensure the security of transactions.
/How do you lock the domain if it is not in your system?
Invest the subject
The lender confirms their investment in the corresponding borrowing object and lends the borrowing funds.
/Are "subject" and "object" referring to the same thing (the domain)?
Who determines the value of the domain and how much the "lender" will lend against the perceived value?
Repay on schedule
Borrower repays on schedule.
/Repays in increments or when the domain is sold?
Borrower performance
The domain name is unlocked.
/After the "Lender" is paid, I presume.
Borrower default
Domain name reimburses the lender.
/How? By the transfer of the domain to the "Lender" or the sale of the domain?
What if the domain never sells?
Have you had an actual lawyer review this plan?
Write up a TOS?
There are serious laws requiring specific licenses to enact such practices.
Have you successfully obtained and qualified for these licenses?
Are you bonded or is that relevant here?
Are these your personal domains listed on the Home Page or just examples?
Lots of questions, I know, but this is a huge undertaking.
All in all, good luck with your project.
Peace,
Kenny
