Hello,

I have bought a domain for myself but recently bought a domain to sell and/or partner with. I have a couple questions.

If I want to sell a domain for a relatively low amount for the domain name plus a commission on net sales,
1.) How could I do this so I still own the domain but another person or people host the website and handle the material?
2.) Is there any type of joint account I could do with another person or people?

Thank you all so much!

If you're 'selling' a name, you don't get to still own it. However there may 'terms' to the deal that covers all that stuff and more. If this is to be a substantial opportunity you don't want to get screwed on, you should really get a lawyer involved so you can get a professional contract stating exactly what the terms and liabilites etc.would entail. It may be costly upfront, but it's what you may gain or lose in the end.

Thank you for your reply! This isn't something huge I think as of now. What about leasing a domain? How could I do that? I'm sorry for my inexperience.
