Hi, a year ago i registered some domains and finally made a first sale. But i still have a lot of questions and would be happy if you can answer a few of those :)

1) Whats better? An own landing page or sedo.com / dan.com?
2) How do you calculate the value of a domain?
3) Is a .net domain less worth than a .com?
4) What do you think about new .tld's like .shop or .host?
5) Better set a fixed price or use negotiation?
6) Is it true that a fixed price domain sells faster?
7) Use an external parking program or build an own little project on the domain?
8) Whats your experience with auctions?
9) How to value domains with a good name but no search volume?
10) Why does estibot or godaddy value the domain with less than 100$ if the search volume * cost per click is 50k$?
11) Does it make sense to use a own parking page to be listed in the google search results?
12) How much time does it take for you between the registration and final sale?
13) Is the 15% fee of sedo ok for you?
14) Better use a own landing page to know the exact buyer?
15) Low price to flip faster or high price which takes more time to sell?

6) Is it true that a fixed price domain sells faster? Yes, unless a name is premium or you are extremely uncertain of its value.
7) Use an external parking program or build an own little project on the domain? Didn't get this one, sorry. What project?
8) Whats your experience with auctions? Useless, unless a name is of a top quality.
9) How to value domains with a good name but no search volume? 1) Experience 2) brand platforms for brandable words (BrandBucket, SquadHelp, BrandPa)
10) Why does estibot or godaddy value the domain with less than 100$ if the search volume * cost per click is 50k$? They take other factors into consideration.
11) Does it make sense to use a own parking page to be listed in the google search results? You mean your website with all names listed? Yes, but only if you know how to throw some SEO, if not - you better off to create your marketplace list with Dan/Epik fast and without any hussle.
12) How much time does it take for you between the registration and final sale? Depends.
13) Is the 15% fee of sedo ok for you? Yes.
