New to Domaining Appraisal through the roof

hi am rather new to this i own just over 100 domain names and been appraising them through go daddy

most of them are $16 - $64

some are $ from $ 130 - $843

but ive got 1 at £115,960,00 - $141,730,00

do i get excited or not obviously its worth what some1 is willing to give ?
any help would be greatfull

Automated appraisals = less than worthless.

Godaddy appraisals are set if you auction through them.
They have a vested interest since they make money on domains put on auction.
So they tend to always give a nice good valuation.

But as said, all appraisals are just that, appraisals.

Up to an end buyer to determine the price.
