New |Domain what about the old one!

hey every one
\If someone changes his site domain name and he had it indexed into google
\And he wants to put his old domain name to redirect the visitors to the new domain
\Does google count this as multiple domain to the same site
\Is it allowed , does it violate any \TOS of google ?

it should not be a problem but be sure to put a backlink on the old site linking to the new one...this will help with rankings
