Could be wrong here, but I think the 60 day lock is only if you plan to transfer to another register.....I've been able to push after just one week providing the person keeps the domain at the same register.

it has nothing to do with code. a code is nothing but a code. either works or not. it was just that transaction of yours at that time.. for which they decide to run some extra security check. for whatever random or not reasons.
