There is no form.. You can get in touch with customer care to just open an account.

Netfirms.com is very defective website. I cannot create account and I cannot see the price of transfer. When I go to the shopping card I see:
Free Domain Services: $0.00
Domain Transfer - xxxxxxx.com
Total: $0.00
Maybe they want to give me this transfer free of charge?
I select Paypal as payment method. And when I press the "Checkout Out" button I see:
The following error was detected: Credit Card Authorization failed.
How they do their business with this bad website? This is small eatery or a large company????

I had the same issue choosing paypal when trying to grab my free domain...

They want you to use a credit card for the future renewal (just set to manual renew and it wont be charged - default is auto). You can change this after the purchase.

So you must checkout with a Credit Card to get the free domain.

well.. for those familiar with netirm/dotster threads and np there really wasn't all that much point bothering with 1 free domain while there was dotster $2-coupon promo going on at same time.. but.. all in all.. I'm sure it got domain.com some new clients. so everyone ha[ppy I guess.. cheers.

You can not transfer domain between Domain.com, MyDomain, Netfirms, Dotster. Only transfer from outside EIG system.
