.mobi Need some help on my .mobi site.

Inetbet.mobi

I am interested in selling my inetbet.mobi domain.
I bought it when .mobi first came available.
I had it appraised and was a little surprised by it.
Anyway someone informed me that it's not really worth anything because
of trademark issue.
But, i noticed on inetbet.com it is copyrighted.....it doesn't same anything about trademark.
In that case I can still auction this off or sell it, right?
Can anyone help me with this issue.

Suggestions?

Under the whois registry, tha inetbet.com domain name is registered under a company based in Europe.....

Any feedback great appreciated.

So should I contact the .com? Or should I maybe just put it on Sedo Auction or something?
