discuss Need Help Regarding Domain Reselling Invoice

Hi ,

I'm new at domain flipping and hopefully i manage to find potential customers for my domain names.
The thing is i want complete deal via Paypal payment method and i've already created the invoice with buyer name. I want to make a professional invoice with terms and conditions.

I'm not sure what should i write under terms and conditions.

can anybody tell me what terms and conditions domain flipper or domain reseller use?

You should first, stop spamming people using fake company details and fake phone numbers. Not to mention stop trying to sell trash domains.
