How quickly can you sell a domain?

Hi,

One of the terms and conditions when buying a domain is that it can't be transferred for 60 days. However, I see many sales of names that have been purchased much more recently than that.

If the recipient of a domain has an account with the sellers registrar, can it be sold straightaway or must the 60 day rule still be honored?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Matt.

I've had this question answered so am closing this thread. The answer was immediately btw, as long as its a push to same registrar.

60 day transfer restriction is for transfer from one registrar to another. But it can pushed from one account to another account after 5 days of registration if both the accounts are with the same registrar.

Secondly, if you change registrant information then also you cannot transfer the domain name for 60 days to some other registrar
