.mobi Need advice re approach for text advert on one of my Mobi sites

Hi folks,

Just thought i would run this past everyone.

I think this is the same person that approached me re putting an advert on canines-dot-mobi a few months ago.
"I would like an ad on these page:

http://canines-dot-mobi/dog-breeds
for pet insurance
http://canines-dot-mobi/submit-info
for (pet costumes)

http://canines-dot-mobi/node/29
for a pet food site
I can give you $50 dollars for the ads if you leave them up for one year. The ads are attached to this e-mail in HTML. Once the ads go up I can pay you via pay pal, check or online credit. Let me know what works for you "

I would appreciate any advice.
I am now, really not that fussy whether I put these ads or not on the site.

The site is my favourite mobi site, all about my favourite subject dogs.

I have spent a lot of money on mobis and I suppose $50- will pay some renewals when the time arrives ."

I would appreciate any thoughts.

I'd take it -- $50 is much better than you'll do with Adsense and besides -- he's adding value to your visitors. Nothing better than targetted ads for you and him. With any luck, he might just pony up more cash for the same privilege next year

Sounds tempting...I had plans at one point to run a "mobi billboard" network for my domains, but haven't followed through yet. I think they're shooting a bit low for a full year, though. Maybe suggest a shorter time period and then depending on traffic you can make adjustments to the rate...

That is a good point, though.

If you do accept the ads, there are still many other pages you have the option to put more ads on, either adsense or something else.
