.mobi Ads On A .mobi Site?

.mobi's are pretty costly. If I bought one, how would I put ads on a .mobi site? Something like AdSense. I'd like to be able to get some profit out of a .mobi site at least enough to pay for reg and hosting fees.

Companies like admob.com will provide code for you to insert into your site.
