Need a hand deciding on a domain

Hi,
I'm currently writing a newer, much better version of my SMS script. The current one can be seen here. However with the coming of the new script, I am also looking for a new domain and will be making a totally new layout. However I am a little stuck with the domain. I've found a few domains I like, but I'm not sure which extention to get them in. The majority of them have the .org and .ws extention still available, and some the .info as well. I have no idea which would suit the site more though. I think that .org would improve the chances of resale, but as I said before, I don't really know if .org would suit the site. That said, I'm not sure if .ws would either.
Please let me know your thoughts and ideas in the matter, as I really don't know which one to go for.

yeah, i agree. You should be looking for a nice short catchy .com that would keep the name in the users head and make them want to come back

Thanks for the replies. I've searched around for SMS-related .com domains, but I can't seem to find any available. If anybody can think of any though, please be sure to let me know
