Would a domain like this be valuble?

Lets say I've found a domain name that adequately represents one of the most prominent affiliate programs on the Internet (Vonage, Free Smilies, etc...) however is very generic, and would suit a variety of websites..

The domain is a single word, and quite memorable, it's also a very prominent word in Internet vocabulary.

The domain is registered in all the major extensions, however, it is available in .ws, is it worth something?

Well I guess an affiliate-type domain would always be great to sell/resell but it probably wouldn't be THAT valuable..

Might be worth a few dollars if you are planning on marketing it in Western Samoa.

Where is Western Samoa ,anywhere near Samoa the originating country for .WS
Has not been Called Western Samoa for years

But SomeName.WS is never going to be worth much . Big clue if all the other extensions are regged and you find one that is not ,maybe it was because it was not worth regging

I have never liked .ws, though if it is registered in nearly everyother extension, go for it
