Need a registrar...

Hi,
I'm currently searching for a special registrar. I need one that allows both the registration of 2 character domains, and the ability to pay for the purchases via PayPal. I'm asking this as I have found several of these domains I would like to purchase, but can't seem to find anywhere that has both of these options.
Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Not necessarily. It's still possible to register 2-character domains in less popular, ccTLD extensions.

That's exactly it. There are still plenty of two letter domains available in various ccTLDs. I just need to find a registrar to register them at.
