advice Auction won on Namejet but domain immediately renewed,

Dear all,
I have won an auction on namejet, but immediately domain got renewed by previous owner after auction end, but I am still getting emails from namejet that my payment is pending for the domain (same domain that has been renewed by previous owner, and the domain is currently on godaddy).
I also raised the ticket with them, I am still waiting their reply on that side but got an email to proceed with payment other wise my account can be blocked.
Seeking your advice on the issue.

Maybe the domain was renewed by the registrar (GoDaddy) as they normally would for an expiring domain. Dont know how you can know for sure though.

You are right, but the domain is forwarding to uniregistry landing page and asking for offer, I just send an offer there as well. waiting from both ends,
I think domain shouldnt be on uniregistry nameservers in case godaddy renews it.
Please reply if it is possible.

I'm thinking they likely just didn't get the official cancellation of availability yet (or notice of renewal).

Their payment system already billed you so it is expecting that. Once GD sends the info to namejet you will probably only then be credited back the amount.

So I'd think it's normal their "system" continues to want your money.. Maybe give them a call to see if they can manually remove the entire auction transaction from their system. Otherwise it'll likely straighten itself out as the renewal data shuffles along the usual channels before getting into namejet's payment system.

PS .. Sorry you lost your domain .. totally sucks when that happens! I really think something needs to change at the very top end at Verisign with there being a proper window where domains can be auctioned without risk of it being renewed ... it would close the door on a lot of possible questionable activities! This issue is not exclusive to Namejet ... it happens to me all the time at GoDaddy!

You right and yes it's not a good though.
Actually it's not a low ball domain
I won it in nearly mid 4 fig. But after that it got renewed so that is the reason I don't want my this much money to be blocked for some time and also don't want my NJ account to be blocked.
But still I have 3 days to go, let's see..
