I am experiencing several issues with namebright My account was blocked and I received an access unavailable message also the new website interface was not working properly so I tried using the older version.
During checkout on the new,website interface, my first payment attempt failed due to insufficient funds After topping up my card I retried the purchase Later, I saw on my phone that both transactions were actually charged successfully two charges of $10.99 each but the domain was never registered to my account so they made a double Charge on me without giving me my domain
And when I went to the older version I logged in normally and did a first purchase on a domain after logging out and trying to logging in later it says access unavailable refer to the new website same thing there now is there anyway to contact namebright support as it appear they don't respond properly on my claim .it's so frustrating
