Hi I am experiencing several issues with namebright My account was blocked and I received an access unavailable message also the new website interface was not working properly so I tried using the older version, on older version I successfully purchased a domain but when logged out I tried to come back it says access unavailable so I don't know what happened
During checkout my first payment attempt failed due to insufficient funds. After topping up my card, I retried the purchase. Later, I saw on my phone that both transactions were actually charged successfully two charges of $10.99 each but the domain was never registered to my account.
Please is,there anyway to contact them their support is too slow to respond
