Would MyCholoSpace.com be considered a trademark infringement?
What if it was used as a social networking site?

I'm not sure what you'd infringe upon because I've never heard of a similar site, but your best bet would be to check for any TM's and you'll get your anwser!.

Some of the MySpace ads in the domain's parking page can create headaches.
Better change that parking page to something else fast before MySpace sees
them.
