is the domain iphonesale.com would be considered trademark infringement? Can you guide me what is considered that? This domain would not be a competitor or iphone rather a sales center for iphone.

Hei thanks a lot man. What I understood from that link is there is a way to use the domain fairly as reseller with those conditions. Did I understand it correctly?

It wouldn't work for Apple. Their TM use terms make it that you can't use any of their TMs in your site name,
Even as an authorized reseller.

Can i register a Domain Name while that word shows Pending status for Trademark Approval. And it is the only Word with Pending Status without any other Active or inactive Status TM for that word.
