Sports and Trademark Question

Is purchasing a domain name with a sports team (i.e. FloridaMarlins.com) a trademark infringement? Thanks for the help!

Well, truth is, I do not even have a website that is of a sports team. The reason I posted is because I thought I saw "AtlantaHawks.com" dropped so, I wanted to know before I would get myself into anything I would regret later. It worked out for the best though because it turned out to be "AltlantaHawks.com". Heh. That's what I get for skimming so fast and now, I know something for future reference.
