.tv My Theory on Streets: When the GEO you want is already taken, a good alternative

Gosh, it feels like December 2006 again!

For those that remember there were a few theories going on. Three that I posted on was my theory on Classes, Lawyers, & Stations. Now it's time for my latest theory; streets, squares, areas & avenues.

Did you miss out on getting the major city you wanted? How about looking into a famous street or area in your city that would make a good alternative. A great street name can be used for, business, news, entertainment, shopping or real estate so it would have wide appeal.

I spent about 15 hours on this theory over the last 20. With May 1st right around the corner I wanted to make sure we don't miss out on any opportunities.

In my research of about 200 famous streets and areas I found the 100% of the .com was reged and 95% had .com, .net, .org, & .info reged with about 92% also had the .us and .biz reged. About 15% had the .tv version already reged and I think I bumped that up to about 30% and I need your help to get it closer to 80% 

One of the issues when it comes to street names is which version to register when it involves a number. This drove me crazy.

For Example:
5th Avenue
5th Ave
FifthAve
Fifth Avenue

Which one would be the best? In the case of 5th Avenue I would have taken all of them because I found it to be the most famous shopping street in the world.

Well do you have a development plan at all, or are you just buying all these for resell?

As for the street ones, I think they these probably fit better with the .st extension.

I would also be interested in knowing your plans for these ?? Have you got an idea with regards to development for these ??

No development plans, I reged these all for resell. I can see how they all can be developed and they would make great .tv sites IMO, but Qoof is going to keep me busy for the foreseeable future.
