.tv My Theory on Classes - Some good ones still left!

My theory on classes is that people will want to learn by watching a video. People like to be sppon fed information and sometimes when you watch something it is a lot easier to grasp and remember. That being said I belive with time more and more people will be searching for video classes on the net using their favorite extension. I can see a place where teachers, tutors, and educators will post online videos explaining, well almost everything. Imagine if you had a problem in math class and your Dad is too busy watching TV (or the net) to teach it to you. If you go to MathClass.tv and click on a video for the basics of algebra, you can watch, learn, and maybe even ask the online teacher for help.

That being said I have just registered the following class.tv's:

You can see below that there are many great ones still available. Also in my research I saw that there were many more that were taken already.

you could also do the same thing by using the word "school"

I disagree A professor in those fields already has a job and is certainly not looking to compete with the Institution that employs him. Math or a Major language good reg other smaller niches not worthwhile IMO someone would be hard pressed to see any sales in .com/.org/.info in these niches

I got psychopharmacology.tv (which was my major as an undergrad) and I know I will get at least 1-2 grand for it.

I would say MathClass excellent a large encompassing subject sure. ENGLISH or SPANISH sure but I would think more people would go to Education.tv before small subjects .tv

Agree with Equity above.
Perhaps English as a Second laguage or language classes in general. MathClasses.tv and etc would make more sense as a school offering it. In other words, they don;t need a seperate extension. Perhaps MathHelp.tv ScienceHelp, GeometryHelp mmight be better choice if one intends to go into the educational route. (I haven't check if these were available by the way)

No, actually your wrong,

What it means is psychopharmacology is an extremely popular subject and an expensive one at that, and having the top level name for your profession is an extremely valuable tool for marketing.

In addition, most text books now come with cd roms, and the text book company could utilize the .tv extension for numerous multimedia components in addition or in place of the cd rom.
