.us Selling a .us domain when the .com version is already on Sedo

Is it pretty much worthless to try to sell a .us domain if the same exact name is on Sedo except its .com? Would it be better to wait until that one sells?

I dont thinks so simply because you would obviously have it listed at a lower cost thus making it more affordable to purchase.

I would actually list it now because the buyer might perfer .us better or want them both.

a) Buyer might want both
b) Buyer might not want to spend the .com price
c) Buyer might be xenophobic and love .us as an alternative to .com
d) .us might grow exponentially (mehopes)
e) If someone else (+ you) thinks the word combo is quality, might be a good sign that it is...
