My First T-M issue domain!!

I decided to take the leap and reg my first possible T-M issue domain name:

Harl eys .tv

Is it an issue? Is Harl eys trademarked?

I think the domain has great potential.

I dont think harleys is TMed. It may be a parasite issue, but not a direct TM issue. I think they TMed harley davidson.

As far as know 'Harleys' isn't a TM, the main trademark is on 'Harley-Davidson' motor cycles. The issue being whether you expect to develop the name as a site review or keep the name parked for benefitting from the possible traffic it will generate and wait for a potential buyer. I would opt for the second one to be on the safe side, unless your future site will sell tomatoes on line or whatsoever not related to the mark. Last, if if I may so, I would advise you and any other members to avoid posting thread related to your names & possible TM issues, the search engine spiders do not make any difference in reporting their result to a lambda surfer or a legal person.

Well, forgive my ignorance, if it is not for Harley-Davidson, tell me for what harleys is popular that warrant a registration. Also uspto.gov returns more than 200 results for TMs that contain harleys

Harleys is the slang term or the nickname for Harley Davidson Motorcycles. If there is 200 TM's for Harley, then there should be a buyer for this name.
