Does ShowtimeSports.com have a TM issue?

Hello Pros,

I still find it very difficult to understand if a domain name will have TM issues or not.

IMO there are so many TM's that just shouldn't be trademarked that I don't know what to think anymore.

Do you think ShowtimeSports.com has a TM issue?

Definitely TM issues I think CBS will defend their tm rights
