Issue with a TradeMarked Telescoped Word
I bought a domain that already has a TM. It has a word mark covering a specific range of services. EXAMPLE, the TM is for a telescoped word such as "Cinemaddict" and for movies, reviews, and news regarding that industry.
Would I have problems if I used the domain for other media or general news? The first word in the actual domain I have is a dictionary word. *Not Cinema* It can be applied to general media and news instead of what is in the TM.
