My first Domain purchase

Hello everyone, I am new to domain reselling. After a little research, last week, I was able to purchase couple of domains. I initially had thought of creating website with this, which is yet to finalize because of my current time constraints.

techcrispy.com

Techcrispy is one site I am able to purchase after its deletion/expiring and it still shows the ranking in Alexa (
Rank# 6,059,949). Is it fine, if we buy these kinds of domain names?

Please share your valuable thoughts on the same.

The ultimate aim is to sell the domains. So you need to ask yourself, who would want to buy it?

Both might be easier to sell if you develop them first. The only buyer I can think of is someone who wants to create their first website.
