My first day

I had my first day of work today. :D

I recently got a job as an Apple Tech Support Agent. Today was my first day of training, kind of sucked having to show up at 4:45 am, but it seems like it'll be a cool job.

I don't work in a place that would be doing any repairs. We're tech support only. Sorry. :P

I work for tech support myself but for BT. The job are nowhere near as bad as people claim.

Always going to get idiots on the phones etc but the majority are thankful you are trying to help them.

Well, I've worked in retail a lot, so I think I have a good idea of the idiots to good people ratio. From what people have been telling me, working there is pretty nice.

i'm not a big fan of apple products, but it sounds like a good company to work for nonetheless. i'm also not that big a fan of super early mornings, but it's awesome that you got a job! :tu:

LOL i worked for a survey company that did surveys over the phone. The job was pretty lame but fun at the same time. So many people yell at you for no reason. Been called some nasty names over the phone for no reason.
