discuss More than one potential decision maker - what to do?

Say I've narrowed down my search to a few potential decision makers who work in marketing for a very large company (via LinkedIn). Would it be more effective to:

a) Only send an email to the contact that seems the most senior
b) send the same email to all the contacts and CC them
c) send the same email to all the contacts and BCC them

What would everyone else do in scenarios like this?

@gilescoley has had a lot of success with outbound so if he suggests the BDM go for it

It depends on the company size, if you try and contact the CEO of a big company (5000+ employee size) company, I personally don't think you will get any traction.

managers at big corporates are not decision makers, their bosses are which I have listed above
