The cutoff is next Wednesday, 8/1 and the show date is 10/8-10/12.

It doesn't have to be at Moniker guys. You just need to be the actual owner (no brokerage allowed). Feel free to give them a call directly with any questions.

Just received a message from Don Lyons @ Moniker. Looks like the deadline has been extended to August 3rd:

For getting your domains considered for the October T.R.A.F.F.I.C. Conference / Auction I’ve had a little delay in getting the submission and agreement forms out to you so we’ve been given a couple of extra days to get them in. The current deadline is August 1st but we now have to August 3rd to get the submission and agreement in. Here are the links to download the instructions and the two forms.

Could someone please clarify what would happen if you submitted names for the auction but you accepted an offer to sell in the time between submitting and the auction starting?

I ask because i have had an offer on a name i am thinking of submitting and although i turned it down, it was a nice opening offer and they may come back with an improved bid.

stoneroses if you submit something, it's accepted and you sign the paperwork to get it officially in, if you then sell it yourself you legally have to give them 15% of the reserve you listed.

of course if you refused to pay up, depending where you're based, there's probably not much they can do about it besides ban you as a client.
