Needname.com has them for $23.95/year, that's the cheapest I've seen. If there's anywhere cheaper, I'd be interested in knowing.

if you can get an enom reseller account as those above suggested, then that would help.

If you have a lot of names, you might want to try and negotiate with godaddy.
