Obviously it's based on sales revenue, among other things..
But what if all the customer does is manually renew via coupons - does the Exec A/c manager still get the credit from renewal fees tacked onto his sales record, so to speak?
And what is the point of renewing through an Executive A/c manager (mine = $8.49) - if it's always cheaper via discount codes?
(has anyone used the lowest price via discount codes as a bargaining chip to get lower prices on the rare occasions renewals are done via Exec A/c Manager?)
