I wanted to see what you guys thought about this.

I'm thinking about modifying my domain portfolio. I have several LNL.com domain names, but I've been thinking about liquidating these, and reinvesting the proceeds into LLL.mobi domains.

In general, do you think LLL.mobi names, will appreciate at a faster rate than LNL.com names? Or should I just stand pat, and keep what I have.

Thanks

LLL.mobis will not be a good investment for at least 2 years imho. We have a ton of .mobi drops coming our way next year and many premium generics are available for costs not all that much outside the LLL.mobi range. Premium LLL.mobis which form words can be had for as little as 1-3k, making your average LLL.mobi of questionable value..

Average LLL.mobi have already fallen about $100 from their April-May prices and don't look like they'll recover anytime soon.

I think that if .mobi will be more used , then LLL.mobi are going to be great.

It`s about demand and offer, look at .eu : a LLL.eu Is pretty useless but it always get high LLL because all LLL.eu were gone in the first minutes of the landrush while it did not happen for the .mobi because they were costing $60 each.
