I`m afraid instead that many newbies will pay this time since just registering LLLL.net just because LLLL.com was good to do (despite all real naysayers, wonder where they are now :o ) is so silly.

Just as the people starting to reg the 5L.com , you are not looking at reality.

Every 2 days, someone is hoping that the train LLLL.com crashes to jump on it or just because they are envy (too bad I am not going to be Millionaire like Reece or Adam)

and if by that 0.01 % that train crashes, what happens to the LLLL.net?

I`m just being realistic.

The LLLL.com were regged already.....almost all.

Here it`s the opposite.

Look around Sedo, Afternic, Pool, Snap.....how many .net sales do you see?

I ask you this: I have got the money to reg few thousands LLLL.net

Why don`t I reg them?

This thread should be closed or at least , Reece should add a very big note for the newbies.

By illuding them that .net will just copy the ROI of the LLLL.com is in my opinion a criminal act.

As far as reality is concern believe it or not I am looking at the reality. By trend I am a Technology Analyst and I was part of the dot com casualties in the early 2000. Many believed after year 2000 that the dot com won't be able to recoup but look at where the dot com business now. So telling me i'm not looking at reality ...don't go there.

And yes when you look around Sedo, Pool, Snap, etc, you probably won't see many recorded sales but one thing you are missing is that there are so many sales that were not recorded. There are so many sales that buyers and seller won't reveal.

As far as the newbies investing in this niche and making mistakes that is part of the game. I made some mistakes from the past and lost a few grand but I look at it as a tuition in Domaing 101 and learn a lot from it. They are maybe newbies but they weren't born yesterday.

If you don't think you made some mistakes from the past in domaining I really admire you and you should be teaching a class in Domaining 101 for the one you called newbies.

I don't think anyone here is luring newbies to invest with LLLL.net and to be honest the ones that regging LLLL.net in this thread aren't newbies.

The answer to your question about why you are not regging your few thousand in LLLL.net that's because you don't see the value of them. When you don't see the value in any niche that doesn't mean that there is no value in it. One thing you must know the world doesn't revolve around you.

Even i dont like the domains like vqrz.com for 40+ $
But i like domains like blad.net, blod.net, cidi.net for just 6$ (I'm sure no one will loss 6$ if they use good tecnique to sell the domain & show the value)

also ccc.net like 2d8.net df2.net like domains cant even pronounce, so i dont think they will get a good value

also think about Full premium LLLL.com & CCC.com
LLLL.com sell near - Low XXX to High XXXX
CCC.com - Low XXX to High XXX

But they rarly reach XXXX

Only invest in 4 letter domain names what you can afford to lose.
I do not recommend new domainers invest more than 20% of their total investment in 4 letter .coms or more than 25% collectively between 4 letter .coms and 4 letter domain names in other extensions. Investments in 4 letter extensions other than dotcom should be capped at a maximum of 10% of investable assets.

This is a really good piece of advice.

Just two weeks ago I received 405$ payment from Sedo for my unpronounceable pure premium acronym LLLL.net sale. As I said buyer preferred to buy LLLL.net for 450$ rather than buying LLLL.com for 4950$

Well now you have some, that's all that matters. Have a little of everything that you think might take off. Right now LLLL's are about 7% of my portfolio, and they are the greatest investment I've ever made.

The LLLL has been undervalued for years, but where can you invest your money in a safer place today. Watch what happens when the LLLL $100 mark is crossed; just refer to the LLL history for after market ROI.

I hated LLL's when they first took off; 5 years later, I understand. LLLL's might just be the hottest thing for the next two years.
