I've sold around 80 LLLL.com that I bought for reg fee in the past 13 months. Some have been bulk deals but most have been for over 5 times the price I paid.

Many people in this forum have been quite successful of picking 4 letter domains that receive offers or have sold for over $100

Efiy reminds me of the name Effie. It would be worth a good resale value to the right person.

Brandable LLLL.com domains are good domains for people new to domaining to look at getting as you should be able to get your money back if they sound OK and you need to get rid of them.

<---- Still a fan of 4 letter .com's, especially if the letters are solid.
Pronouncable is good, common letters for use in future acronyms is better. Repeating letters and alliteration is golden, as well.
11 names at Snap recently, and only a couple without other folks in competition ;)

Your example looks OK to me, but as a general rule avoid names with X, Y, Z and, unless it is really good avoid Q most of all. Pronouncable names are mostly gone, and every name you find will probably have at least one of the above letters or: J, K, U, V, W. The trick, in my opinion, is to get 3 good letters along with the one J, K, U, V, W that you cannot avoid.

Then again, if you like the "feel" of a name, get it. I got DZAT.com a little while ago, and I think it will do well.

The other thing to remember is that buying domains is very addictive. Be aware of your budget and remember in a year you will have to pay for them all over again.

Perhaps you could enlighten us.

Just some interesting trivia on 4 letter domains. 2 weeks ago, there were around 2000 domains listed on tdnam in the 4+ character acronym section. In the past 3 weeks it has been going up at around 1000 a day and now there are over 12000 domains in that section. The majority have been 4 letter .com and 4 letter .net domains. Whoever is putting them up has a very nice collection.
