ccTLD Lesser-Known ccTLD, Incredible Keyword

I found a ccTLD domain that I can purchase for reg fee ($40). It is in a weaker, but not horrible ccTLD. The extension has around 500,000,000 indexes on Google. The keyword gets the same number of exact searches as "domain", and had sales of $4,000 in .pro and .lv. Should I get it?

.eu selling at sedo at 10k with no offers.

there are still few cctld available with the keyword.

my view:dont do it.
