Which domain is better

I want to know your opinions regarding registering a domain name.

For example:

BestCars.com.ro or BestCarsOnline.ro ?

Is it better to get the best extension for your targeted market ( ex. .ro) and add one extra keyword to the domain name or to get the weaker extension with an exact match?

I would avoid .com.ro, there are not many registered (13K something) and they represent hardly 2% of .ro volume. Too marginal and EMD doesn't offset that.
