Not sure if I'm imagining it, but there seem to be a lot fewer drops happening now...I think it's beginning to catch up with the market.

ok. for 'the guys' :) and for bluebecker records....
the name i :sold: was
z-z-m (.) com

payment received (1k)
name pushed

buyer just needs to update full details. partially done.
email needs changing, have told her :)
think just for a personal site, will have to see.
she's prob head of largest German bank or something lol

z is a good letter in Germany

a few months ago , even though i know each L-L-L.com is potentially very valuable to endusers i would have made this still one of my worst lol

I had that domain on my to buy list all those months ago when they were still available, but said "nah I won't get that, two z's in a row is terrible". Congratulations on the sale.

N-N-E.COM
N-N-F.COM
N-N-G.COM
N-N-R.COM

i own these! :hi:

The double letter thing is mostly for domainers/rarity and wholesale pricing. I believe the value is in end-users. Find an enduser (or they find you) and a nice XXXX will occur regardless or double letters etc. BTW nice premium letters!

good luck, Gary.

A nice $XXXX? Aren't L-L-L.coms supposed to be a cheap alternative to LLL.coms? Let's start being less greedy and more realistic - it might help us become legit traders in the eyes of other people.

So you do this for charity?

While it certainly makes sense not to push too hard for big $$ right now, so that sales actually occur and hence the value and desirability of L-L-Ls increases, I think it's fairly safe to say that L-L-L investors will be happy to make as much as they can on a sale. If they get ridiculous about it, sure, their loss, but yes, low $XXXX seems to be what end users are willing to pay for these.

What????

A premium L-L-L, lets use one I sold for XXXX a couple of months ago c-g-a for example...

First you could not buy cga.com as its not for sale BUT if it was for sale a "reasonable price" would be 50K or more SO asking low XXXX for it was not/is not out of the question IMO.

regards, gary.

Hey, also forgot to mention that I picked up a very nice N-N-N at Snap yesterday too:

5-0-1.com

Area code of Arkansas, apparently, but more importantly, think a certain pair of jeans... :lala:

What was said in this thread plus its on bluebecker.com

Why Give L-L-L.com a Maximum Selling Value ?

Question is not a dollar more ?

its to keep the L-L-L.coms affordable to buyers/companies/products as it is the cheap
alternative to LLL.com and that's why it works. Giving the L-L-L.com a maximum end
user value is a guide to keep companies buying L-L-L.coms if we go over the top we
may weaken its success. If a company offers you more then go for it but if they ask
you how much then base your top offer as $5,000 and work your way down
Selling a L-L-L.com for $500 to $5,000 is still a cheap affordable
alternative to LLL.com which would cost an end user at least $xx,xxx.

so selling a L-L-L.com for mid or low $xxxx is still the cheaper than a LLL.com.
