IMHO L-L-L.coms. N-N-N.coms are worse than N-NN.com. I wouldn't invest into N-N-N.coms. Compare 3-8-0.com (three-hyphen-eight-hyphen-zero) and 3-80.com (three hyphen eighty). 3-80 beats 3-8-0 in any way. L-L-L looks balanced while this balance kills numbers by one extra hyphen.
