What, if any, are the general values of a L-L-L dot com domains?

yes i do, i have none yet, but it is because i am selling some names at present.
outside the com, i feel .de offer the best opp.
germans l;ove the dash and theres loads of developed examples
also there are literally millions of .de regged. more than any other country
the Germans are prob. the most internet savvy country on earth, yes..... more than the US

That's a good question, I would imagine that the premium letters and short word combinations do have value. I am curious as to how many of those are left.

thanx arnie and ND, I read the l-l-l.com topic approximately 6 monthes ago and regged a few l-l-l.coms. After summer etc., when I looked again the post I saw none of them left.

I read the posts and checked bluebecker site, and realized that l-l-l.com is really the best alternative for pricey and hard-to-find lll.coms. I thought I shoul've regged more six monthes ago when I read the post.

Now, there are plenty of good l-l-l.de still out there. I checked lll.de's and saw lots belonging to IT Companies or to big firms. This situation makes me to think most lll.de's won't be avaliable for the new ones because they will never be in the market.

Here the question arises in my mind is when lll.de, lll.com, lll.net are impossible or very pricey to purchase will l-l-l.de be the first choice of a German company or not? It really confuses me because I have no idea about possible behaviour of Germans in such a situation.

There lies the key to how valuable they shall (or shall not) be. If they're adopted like L-L-L.coms are, they'll have considerable value. Only time (and maybe your gut) can help you there though.

I believe L-L-L.de have great value at reg fee I have some that are getting 3 uniques a day. The German companies and other users will use a - it has none of the negative connotations you find in domain forums where people do not like the hyphen. I would say if you can get quality L-L-L.de get a few. Soon as the L-L-L.com were all regged I went for 20 of the L-L-L.de. Good luck with them I think for reg fee they are worth taking a speculation on.
