What, if any, are the general values of a L-L-L dot com domains?

Yikes! Placed $35 bids for H-B-B and H-L-E this morning...headed out, came home to find out that I won them at those prices. I was SHOCKED! I am a big proponent of L-L-L's so I am happy I got these for that price, but wary about the market at the moment.

Haha, I am a little confused with your response. Difficult to physically type on a keyboard or hard to categorize?

Another note...I really shouldn't have been that shocked as I picked up a few better triple premium L-L-L's for $30 a few months back...I guess I was just "in the moment".

L-L-L are doing badly right now, but I believe they'll pick up. I thought I am gonna get L-H-C for cheap, it stayed at $11 for a long time, but in the end it sold for $60, that's not much of course but still quite above the regfee

Wouldn't you have done better selling them off for like a dollar a piece? Could've gotten a few bucks for them, anyway...

I agree... It's better to sell it as a lot for 1$ and let other people to renew. In this case the domains would become slightly more valuable because registration date will not be reset

They're apparently from Switzerland...that's all i know. New sedo user. I'm not sure how they found the domain, but they apparently created a new account to purchase it.

This is my first L-L-L sale, but i am noticing the trend that europeans seem to like hyphenated names.

Thanks crumblepie. That's why I snagged it over two years ago. I've had a few nibbles, but no big bites yet.

I have some other decent ones that are acronyms like G-H-Z, M-H-Z, R-E-Q, C-Z-W, Q-T-Y. I haven't been actively selling mine apart from just listing them on sedo and the like. This sale that came out of the blue might have motivated me to get the ball rolling, though.
