K2K Stole my Domain

I sold a domain to Namepros user K2K (banned now).

His name is amir salim and e-mail is [email protected]

He paid with a Paypal account that did not belong to him so the payment was reversed and now I am without my domain.

The domain was registered at Moniker and I have already contacted them.


Any other advice?

Update: contacted Moniker and they have not done anything about this.
